Order Acceptance: Orders for customised items are accepted upon payment and commencement of production. 

Design Approval: The design approval stage for mockups and club review are available on request. Please use our enquiry page should you wish to know more.  

Intellectual Property: To address intellectual property rights, particularly when our customers are providing designs or logos, SNV works with each club to ensure confidence is met. Please use our enquiry page should you wish to know more.

Liability Limitations: SNV do not accept responsibility for errors in customisation due to errors or incorrect customer-provided information or design flaws as a result of the club logo originally provided. SNV manages this risk with each club prior to launch to agree products prior to selling direct to the customer. In cases where the customisation process introduces unique challenges or potential for errors, we will perform due diligence before entering into the contract, ensuring both parties understand the product, its customisation, and the associated risks.
