Exclusion of Standard Returns: Customised items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds due to "change of mind" or incorrect sizing choices by the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the fault lies with the original garment manufacturer we will aim to solve this issue with our partners within the timeframe shared. Should this occur, we require proof of purchase (receipt, order number) together with any returns within 14 days of delivery to either the SNV directly or the origin club if this arrangement is in place.
Shipping of returns: The customer is responsible for any returns unless fault lies with the customisation team. We will aim to get this reimbursed if the fault is accepted by our partners and deemed to be a manufacturing fault at source.
