Customisation options for clubs
Generally, your club will be applied to all products unless agreed or labelled specifically otherwise.
Have we tested our products
Yes, after hours of wearer trials we are confident that our customisation stands up to the test!
Customisation of personal styles
Personalisation is available as shown on each item, names can be spelt in whichever manner you choose, with the limit of 20 characters (including spaces) we can only provide the font agreed by your club.
Products without personalisation
If you don't want your name added, please write NO NAME! in the provided space.
Special event customisation
We will consider orders for special events if agreements are in place with your club, please get in touch hello@swimnv.co.uk explaining your needs. If it is a non club event such as a school or party, we are open to discussion as long as the request meets MOQs (minimum order quantity).
Other products
If you have any reasonable requests for related products, we will do our best to answer these.
Production time
We aim to get you your products within 10 days, any issues we will be in touch to agree a solution.
Returns
Please ensure that you read our returns policy carefully before ordering.
Your Club
If you'd like an item listed on other club pages and currently can not access these on your home page, please get in touch hello@swimnv.co.uk- we will aim to resolve this.
Delivery
If an agreement is in place for club delivery this will be clearly stated at basket point, any other delivery costs will be applied and notification shown prior to payment.
Solving stock issues
If we are out of stock of a specific style or size you can email us and we will provide estimates for delivery to help you decide: hello@swimnv.co.uk
Design Guidelines
Clear guidelines on acceptable file formats, image resolutions, and design elements will be discussed with each club separately. If you have any questions please contact our customer support team hello@swimnv.co.uk
Care Instructions
These are applied by the manufacturer to the care label and must be followed to maintain the life cycle of the product.
